Mary's Story
There were several women named Mary in Scripture. Here we honor Jesus’ mother. God selected Mary out of all the other women at the time to give human birth to His Son, Jesus. Scripture tells us that Mary was humble and obedient to God, referring to herself as “the Lord’s servant.” Mary provides us with wise advice when, at the wedding at Cana, she told the wine steward (and us) to “do whatever [Jesus] tells you” (John 2:5).
To honor Mary’s purity, we offer our Mary products with no fragrance added.
Mary’s story about Jesus’ birth is told in Luke chapter 1, but her presence is also sprinkled
throughout the gospel accounts.
