Refund policy

Our first and primary goal is to create Biblically inspired beauty products that actually provide quality results for you. As such we will make every attempt to assist you in finding a quality product. Our faith in God and our customers satisfaction are what we aim to please.

We have a 30-day product quality guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a refund. All requests will be processed based on the individual facts and on a case by case basis but we will make every attempt to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with any resolution.

You will require the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate any request.

To begin the process of requesting an exchange or a refund please send us a message at returns@herlegacybeauty.com. We kindly request up to 24 hours to reply in the event we are unable to immediately reach out to you.

Exchanges
We will make every effort to rectify an incorrect item or exchange request. Please contact us at returns@herlegacybeauty.com for any exchange requests.

Refunds
Upon approval of a refund request after each case has been given sufficient time to clarify the needs of the customer, a refund may be issued. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
