Hannah's Story
Hannah was the mother of Samuel, an Old Testament judge who anointed Israel’s first king, Saul and later anointed King David, an ancestor of Jesus. Hannah was ridiculed by her husband’s
other wife for not having children. After years of torment, Hannah finally cried out to God, who subsequently gave her many children. Hannah teaches us that God wants us to bring our heartache to Him in prayer. He may not always grant our wish, but we know He hears and cares.
To honor Hannah, we created a blend of grapefruit, white nectarine, jasmine, gardenia, and mint. This refreshing fragrance might have been just what Hannah needed after a day with her husband’s “other wife.”
